Don't you just absolutly hate it when you click on a link in the newsfeed to receive that golden egg, you accept the golden egg, than you say OK than you have to go back and search to where you left off. Some of you may already know that liking an item you accepted, such as the golden egg or collectible, helps you know where you left off. Wouldn't it be so much easier though if you didn't have to even go and search for that? This is how, it's quick, simple and you will be able to go all the way back to the last time you logged into facebook and played farmville.
On the link that says, "Hatch Egg" or "Get Collectible", right mouse click on the link and then select the open link in new tab. There you go, the link will open up in a new tab and your newsfeed window will still be open to the spot where you left off. Depending on your internet speed and computer speed you may only be able to open so many tabs before you notice things will start to slow down.
One thing you will have to take into consideration is the amount of time you have to accept the item you selected. With farmville's new Yes/No choice, you have to go to each tab and select yes or no. If you are not quick enough, somebody else can and will beat you to the punch, and you will than get a message that will say sorry your friends eggs have all been claimed.
This trick is great for farmvillers who have 100+ neighbors and know quite a few do not have that many neighbors and that their items are usually available to claim, even eight hours after they posted it in the newsfeed.
