Happy 1year Birthday Farmville

Today is Farmville's birthday and in celebration you get a hot air birthday balloon and are able to adopt a birthday duck.

For coins and cash you can also set-up your farmville birthday scene, but that's not all.  Farmville, for a limited time, is offering the cupcake co-op job with the prize of a birthday sheep.  The co-op job's task is to grow the new 600 cupcakes seeds.  BTW, the cupcakes are not a limited time job.

Combining co-op with farmer's market into a bakery, winery or spa

Farmville introduced the new jobs, turning bushels into either, perfume, cake or wine, you choice of one of the three jobs.  Now if you are able to combine the jobs together, this is what you would have.

When you join the co-op job of pumpkin pie o'plenty,  will soon be able to turn crop bushels into delicious pies and cakes in FarmVille! To celebrate you get a Chef Gnome from your neighbor/friend!

When you join the frantic for flowers co-op - You will soon be able to turn crop bushels into aromatic perfumes and candles in FarmVille! To ...celebrate Leonardo is giving away a commemorative Spa Gnome!

When you join the co-op job fashion grapes, you will soon be able to turn crop bushels into delicious wines and juices in FarmVille! To celebrate you get a commemorative Bacchus Gnome!

Between the co-op job, farmer's market and now this new job, you would be making out in coins pretty well.  Now what should we do with all of these coins do you suppose?  It would be nice to convert them into FV bucks, even if it cost one million coins, i'm sure people would be doing it.

Co-op Cheat How to prepare your farm for a co-op job

First you need a farm with a total of 450 plots and two players to do this successfully.

Most people lately have been complaining about wanting bigger farms, which would be great for co-op jobs...but...will cause one big problem for many.  The bigger a farm is the slower it loads.  This means that most likely Zynga may possibly have to upgrade it's internet speed for other users and this can be expensive.

There is a way to complete a co-op job for the gold without having to have a great big farm, still decorate your farm with simply 450 plots.  What you need to first do is seed half of your farm, that would be 225 plots with whichever co-op crop you choose "BEFORE" you join the co-op.  Here is a breakdown of what you need to do:

  1. Seed 225 plots with carrots
  2. Wait until your 225 plots are ready to harvest
  3. Join the Baby Bunny Rescue Co-Op Job
  4. Seed your other 225 plots with carrots
  5. Harvest the first 225 plots of carrots, since you seed the other 225 plots they will be counted.
  6. Seed your now empty 225 plots

Now that you have done these steps this is what you have:

  1. You have 225 Carrots already harvested for the Baby Bunny Rescue Job
  2. According to farmville's co-op stats you have seeded 450 carrots, although, really 675 have been seeded since you did this before starting the co-op job.
  3. Since two of you are doing this that is a total of 1,350 already seeded and a total of 450 already harvested.
  4. You now have an entire day left, meaning you are going to finish the job in 12 hours, that is way ahead of time and you are going to earn the gold.

Farmville Co-Op farming Error- Job no longer exists or has ended

I've looked and looked all over the net for why there is this error and there just may be a reasonable explanation as to why you are seeing this when you try to join a friends co-op.

You need to share the jobs, not always be the boss of the co-op jobs.  It seems that farmville gives everybody a fair chance.  You can keep being the boss of jobs and than eventually you will need to find new neighbors to do co-op jobs with.

How do I know this?  A friend of mine was always wanting to do co-op jobs but never wanted to be the helper.  After doing two jobs with him as the helper it seemed that this error kept happening.  When I would go into the co-op job list his job also did not show up on my end.  Anybody who never did a job with him before of course could join, although eventually, they also received the same error

FarmVille Co-Op Farming Cheats - How to get the gold in 12 hours

Farmville's Co-Op farming is here, and farmville lovers are in a frenzy to earn those extra coins.

First you need at enough plots to do this, if you do not have the big ole plantation, than you need at least one or two more friends.  Of course this also depends on the size of each of your friends plantations.  It is also best that you start out with a clean slate, nothing should be started or grown yet.

After you complete a job, preferably one that will let you seed half of you plants before you start the next job.

Lets say you have already started a co-op planting tulips, and half of your plots will be enough to finish your co-op before starting the next one.  How the co-op farming works is that you need to seed the same amount of tulips that you are going to harvest.

Lets say there are three team members and each member has 1,000 plowed plots with 500 already seeded and ready to harvest before you joined the project.  Next you will need to seed the other 500 plots after you join before you harvest your first 500.  Otherwise when you harvest those tulips, they will not be counted for that job.

The team members of course have to plan this ahead of time but when done correctly you could potentially seed, harvest and win the gold in a in just twelve hours.
